If you send a document for signature, the in-progress or signed copy will automatically save back to the same Dropbox folder.
If that folder is deleted or moved before the document gets saved back, you won’t be able to access it from your Dropbox account.
To find your document, you have two options:
- Log in to your DocuSign account, click Manage, and find your document.
- Search your email inbox for “DocuSign complete”, which will help you find the email notification DocuSign sends when someone completes a signature.
