The Signatures page on dropbox.com allows you to send signature requests, see signature request statuses, self-sign documents, and manage templates directly from dropbox.com. You can also use the Signatures page to send signature requests, create templates, and track the status of your documents.
Note: All Dropbox customers can self-sign an unlimited number of documents and have access to three free signature requests per month. Additional signature requests and templates are available for paid Dropbox Sign plans and to customers on the Dropbox One plan.
The Documents tab shows all the signature requests that you’ve created. You can download or preview a document once it’s saved in the Document tab and sort by status.
Click the Status dropdown to sort by the following statuses:

Certain files type can be sent for signature requests or self-signed. Supported document types include:
Templates make it easier for you to create recurring documents quickly. In the Templates tab, you can manage templates to edit or delete, use a template to create a new signature request, and view how many templates you have available.
Note: You must have a paid Dropbox Sign plan or the Dropbox One plan in order to manage templates.
If you’re an admin on a Dropbox team account, you’ll see your entire team’s signature request activity on the Signatures page, including what documents your team is sending for signature, how frequently they’re sending documents, and signature completion rates. Dropbox team admins can also sort by Sender.
