This article describes a page available to all Dropbox customers. However, some features on the page require a paid Dropbox Sign plan or Dropbox Essentials, Business or Business Plus.
The Documents tab shows all the signature requests that you’ve created. You can download or preview a document once it’s saved in the Document tab and sort by status.
Click the Status dropdown to sort by the following statuses:
Admins on eligible Dropbox team accounts can also sort by Sender.
Supported file types
Certain files type can be sent for signature requests or self-signed. Supported document types include:
Important note: The Templates tab will be discontinued as of January 6, 2025. You’ll still be able to create new templates and use existing ones, but you’ll be redirected to Dropbox Sign to do so.
Your existing templates and any templates you create in the future will be saved in Dropbox Sign instead of the Signatures page on dropbox.com. Learn how to create, edit, and use templates in Dropbox Sign.
