Photos: An overview

To find photos: 

1. Log in to dropbox.com.
2. Click Photos in the left sidebar.
   • To resize your thumbnails, click “+” (plus sign) or “-” (minus sign) above your photos.

To find photos: 

1. Open the Dropbox app.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom.
   • To resize your thumbnails, click the “+” (plus sign) or “-” (minus sign) above your photos.

To manage or share a single photo:

1. Log in to dropbox.com.
2. Click Photos in the left sidebar.
3. Hover over the photo and click “…” (ellipsis) in the top-right corner of the photo.
4. Select an action from the list that appears.

To manage or share multiple photos:

1. Log in to dropbox.com.
2. Click Photos in the left sidebar.
3. Click the check box in the top-left corner of each photo you’d like to manage.
4. Click Download or Copy at the top of the screen. You can also click “…” (ellipsis) to download, copy, or delete all the items you’ve selected.

To manage or share a single photo:

1. Open the Dropbox app.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom.
3. Select the photo you’d like to manage or share.
4. Tap the “⁝” (vertical ellipsis) in the top-right.
5. Select an action from the list that appears. 

To manage or share multiple photos:

1. Open the Dropbox app.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom.
3. Tap the checkbox in the top-right.
4. Select the photos you’d like to manage or share.
5. Tap the download (down arrow), copy link (chain), or delete (trash can) icons at the top of the screen.

To manage a single photo:

1. Open the Dropbox app.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom.
3. Select the photo you’d like to manage.
4. Tap the “…” (ellipsis) in the top-right.
5. Select an action from the list that appears. 

To share a single photo:

1. Open the Dropbox app.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom.
3. Select the photo you’d like to share.
4. Tap the Share button in the bottom-right.

To manage multiple photos:

1. Open the Dropbox app.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom.
3. Tap the checkbox in the top-right.
4. Select the photos you’d like to manage.
5. Tap “…” (ellipsis) in the bottom-left.
6. Tap Export or Delete at the bottom of the screen.

To share multiple photos:

1. Open the Dropbox app.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom.
3. Tap the checkbox in the top-right.
4. Select the photos you’d like to share.
5. Tap the Share button in the bottom-left. 

To filter photos:

1. Log in to dropbox.com.
2. Click Photos in the left sidebar.
3. To find starred photos and videos, click Starred.
4. To sort your photos and videos by date, click Years, Months, or Days. Click the dropdown to the right of the toolbar and select Date.
   • To quickly access photos by date, you can click the timeline on the right side of the page.

To group photos:

1. Open the Dropbox app.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom.
3. Tap the icon with the three sliders at the top of the screen.
   • To group your items by date, tap Days, Months, or Years.
