View file request activity for your team
To view file request activity for your team:
- Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
- Click Admin console in the left sidebar.
- Click Activity.
- Filter results to view the file request activity you’d like to see.

Turn file requests on or off for your team
To turn file requests on or off for your team:
- Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
- Click Admin console in the left sidebar.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Additional settings section, click File requests.
- Click On or Off.
- If you choose On, team members can create file requests. File requests are On for new Dropbox Business teams by default.
- If you choose Off, no one on the team will be able to create file requests, and any pre-existing file requests will be deactivated.

Is there a limit on the size of files Dropbox Business team members can request?
File requests created by Dropbox Business team members can accept files up to 50 GB in size.
If team members have connected two Dropbox accounts, which account will requested files go to?
If members on a Dropbox Business team have both work and personal Dropbox accounts connected, files uploaded to a file request will default to saving in a folder in their Dropbox Business account.
Can a Dropbox Business admin close a specific team member's file request?
Admins can sign in as one of their team members to close a file request.
