Professional + eSign gives customers access to all of the same features available in both the Dropbox Professional plan and the HelloSign Essentials plan.
Unlimited signature requests
Send as many signature requests as you want per month.
Templates help you streamline documents that need to be reused and sent out for eSignature frequently. You can also convert templates into URLs that can be shared on your website or via email.
Data validation allows you to validate signer fields in real-time based on criteria that you determine.
Both senders and signers can use HelloSign in 22 different languages.
Dropbox Smart Sync helps you save hard drive space on your computer by moving files and folders to the cloud (online-only). Content stored with Smart Sync will appear on dropbox.com, and in the Dropbox desktop app and mobile apps. When you need to access a file that is stored with Smart Sync, just double-click it and Dropbox quickly downloads and opens it for you.
Dropbox Passwords is a desktop app, mobile app, and browser extension that stores and syncs your passwords across devices. You can use Passwords to save your account usernames and passwords, suggest new passwords, sync logins across your devices, and autofill them when you sign into websites and mobile apps.
Computer backup is a feature that lets you back up certain key folders on your computer to Dropbox, like “Desktop”, “Downloads”, and “Documents”. Folders you back up are accessible from from anywhere you use Dropbox, and any changes you make to them are continuously synced to both Dropbox and your hard drive.
Dropbox Transfer is a feature that lets you send files up to 100 GB without taking up space in your Dropbox.
Full-text search helps you find files using keywords and file types, rather than only file names. You can search for files and folders in your own Dropbox account as well as content that has been shared with you. You can use full-text search anywhere you use Dropbox.
File version history helps you recover any file edits or deletions made within the last 180 days. An additional tool, Dropbox Rewind, lets you undo a large number of changes or revert your entire Dropbox account to an earlier state.
Advanced sharing permissions
Advanced sharing permissions give you more control over what you share and how, including the ability to add passwords to shared links, set expiration dates for shared links, and disable downloads for shared links.
Watermarking helps safeguard your ideas with a digital watermark before sharing with your clients.
Remote wipe helps protect your data if a device is lost or stolen. With remote wipe, you can delete the entire Dropbox folder from a device the next time it connects to the internet. You can only use the remote wipe option from dropbox.com.
Dropbox is designed with multiple layers of protection to secure your files. You can take the extra step of enabling two-step verification (also known as two factor authentication or 2FA) to keep your account safe. With two-step verification you’ll need a security code, in addition to your password, to sign in to your account or link a new device. You can only enable two-step verification from dropbox.com and will need a mobile device capable of receiving security codes via text message or an authenticator app.
Viewer history allows you to see when someone last viewed a file, as well as a full history of when people viewed that file.
How can I access my HelloSign account?
To access your HelloSign account, use the same email and password you use to sign in to dropbox.com to sign in to hellosign.com. You can also send files for eSignature, or eSign files yourself, without leaving Dropbox using the Dropbox and HelloSign integration.
What happens if I cancel the Professional + eSign plan?
If you cancel the Professional + eSign plan or switch to a new plan, your HelloSign account will be downgraded to a HelloSign Free plan.
Why am I getting an error message when I try to check out?
If you already have a HelloSign account associated with the email address you’re using, you won’t be able to upgrade to the Professional + eSign plan.
Is the Professional + eSign plan subject to sales tax and VAT?
Yes, if you’re within a jurisdiction where you’re required to pay taxes, you’ll see the tax as a line item on your billing invoices and receipts.
