What features are available to teams on Dropbox Advanced?

The Advanced plan helps teams stay organized, focused, and work together more effectively. It has all of the features available to teams on Dropbox Standard, in addition to:

  • Storage per license: Starting at 15 TB of total storage space, shared across the team (5 TB per actively-used license with a 3 license minimum).*
    • Notes:
      • An actively-used license is when a unique person regularly logs in and uses Dropbox.
      • Inactive licenses aren't removed automatically. Certain types of admins can add or remove licenses from the admin console.
  • Large file delivery: Send files with Dropbox Transfer, with a transfer size limit of 100 GB.
  • Team controls: Manage team invitations, approve which devices team members use for work files, and access team member work accounts with sign in as a user.
  • App integrations: Use single sign-on (SSO) integrations and API calls for data migrations.
  • Admin management: Delegate team administration with access to tiered admins.
  • Security alerts and ransomware detection: Get notified of suspected threats and take action to protect your data immediately.
  • Real-time support: Contact support by phone, chat, or email.
  • Advanced key management: Encrypt your data with unique team keys and a multi-layered key encryption approach.
  • End-to-end encryption: Help prevent third parties from accessing your transferred data.

*Some legacy Dropbox Advanced plan customers can still request additional storage space, depending on their purchase date. Requests are approved as appropriate while allowing Dropbox to manage storage responsibly.
