Manage app integrations and Extensions for your Dropbox Business team

If you’re a Dropbox Business team admin, you can manage app integrations (like Slack and Zoom), file editing apps (like Google Docs), or Dropbox Extensions for your entire team.

App integrations are on for your team by default, unless you manage a team with more than 500 licenses.

Turn app integrations and Extensions on or off for your entire team

To turn app integrations and Extensions on or off for your team:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin account.
  2. Click Admin console.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Connected apps and extensions under Integrations.
  5. Toggle to On or Off.

Note: If a team member is already connected to an app or Extension in their settings, turning it off doesn’t disconnect them. It only prevents team members who have never connected from connecting in the future. Likewise, turning it on doesn’t automatically connect team members, but it gives them the option to connect in the future.
