The information in the desktop tray is unique to your account and shows the most recent activities that have occurred to the files and folders that you manage.
This information is unique to your account and helps you access your most important files and folders. Information is accessible through the Dropbox desktop app, Dropbox mobile app, and dropbox.com.
The Your activity feed shows the list of files and folders you recently opened or edited within your Dropbox history. If you’re a member of a Dropbox team account, you’ll also see the Team activity tab that shows your team’s shared activity.
To view your activity:
On the desktop and mobile apps, your Notifications feed displays file and folder activities like tags, shares and mentions.

When viewing comments in notifications, you can quickly respond by selecting an emoji reaction or suggested text response below the comment box.
Note: Emoji reactions or suggested text responses are not available on mobile or desktop app.
You can also turn on notifications to get pop-up notifications on your desktop.
On the mobile app and dropbox.com, your Recents feed is similar to your Activity feed but only focuses on your activity.
