Folder history is a Dropbox feature that shows all actions taken within a specific folder or its subfolders. In the folder history panel, you can view every time someone:
- Moved a file within the folder
- Edited a file within the folder
- Renamed a file within the folder
- Added a file to the folder
- Deleted something from the folder
You can view folder history from the last 180 days, unless you have the extended version history (EVH) or unlimited version history (UVH) add-on. If you have EVH or UVH, the length of your folder history matches your version history.
Note: You can only restore files and folders within your version history.
