With branded sharing, you can present shared files and folders with your logo, organization name, and a background image, to help establish your professional brand with clients.
Note: If you’re a member of a Dropbox Business team, your admin may control branded sharing settings for your entire team.
When someone receives a direct sharing invitation by email or views a shared link, they’ll see the branding elements you’ve added to your account settings.

Your professional branding will be included every time you share with a direct invitation. Just share a file or folder as you normally would, and the recipient will see your branding in their email notification. If you have set a background image with your branding, a splash screen will also be displayed when a recipient opens a link to your shared files.
Note: If you have not set a background image, your logo and the name of your brand will appear on file previews, but a splash screen will not be displayed.
