How to allow people to post editor-only comments
When posting comments on a file in a Replay project, you have the option to add public or editor-only comments if the person who created the project has the Replay Add-On. Editor-only comments can only be added and viewed by the project owner or someone who’s been added to that specific project as an editor.
Learn more about adding editor-only comments in Replay.
To give people edit access to a project:
- Log in to replay.dropbox.com.
- Hover over the thumbnail or row of the project you’d like to add people to.
- Click “…” (ellipsis) in the top-right.
- Select Add people from the menu.
- Enter the email of the people you’d like to add.
- Add a message, if you’d like.
- Choose Can edit.
- Click Add.
The people you added will receive an email invitation to open your project.
Note: Editor-only comments can only be added to projects created by someone with a Replay Add-On, but editors don’t need to have an add-on to leave or review editor-only comments.
