Dropbox Replay system requirements
The information in this article applies to users with Dropbox Replay and the Dropbox Replay Add-On.
Dropbox Replay is a rich media review and approval tool that allows collaborators to mark up, comment, and finalize video, image, audio, and PDF projects. This article describes the recommended system and file requirements for using Dropbox Replay.

System requirements
Dropbox Replay runs through the internet browser on your Windows or Mac computer. You can use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, but we recommend using Chrome for the best experience.
Notes:
- You can’t use Replay if external sharing is disabled.
- Dropbox Replay isn't currently covered if the team admin or account manager has bought the Data Governance Add-On or Advanced Team & Content Controls Add-On.
Supported file types
If your video, image, audio, or text file has one of the following extensions, it can be uploaded into Dropbox Replay. File sizes up to 150 GB can be uploaded, and the maximum supported audio and video length is 12 hours. Replay Add-On customers have access to Lossless HD audio playback for their audio files. Replay supports lossless playback resolutions up to 24-bit/96 kHz.
