The Dropbox Replay Add-On
This article describes a paid add-on available to customers on Dropbox Plus, Professional, Essentials, Standard, Business, Advanced, Business Plus, and Enterprise.
The Dropbox Replay Add-On offers premium features for Dropbox Replay, including due dates, password protection for shared links, a links page, video transcription and captions, large file transfers, and archiving to Dropbox.
How to get the Replay Add-On
Individuals can buy the Replay Add-On by going into their Manage account settings in Dropbox. If a team’s payment method is credit card, team admins can buy add-ons in the admin console. Teams with a dedicated account manager or teams that don’t pay by credit card will need to contact us directly.

Note: Teams or individuals on a trial cannot buy the Replay Add-On. They must upgrade to a paid subscription before buying the add-on.
Features included
The Dropbox Replay Add-On includes all the features in Dropbox Replay, plus the following:
- Due dates: Set due dates for each file for collaborators to give feedback in a timely manner and keep your projects on track.
- Password-protected links: Password-protect your shared links for all your files and projects.
- Links page: Manage all your shared links to files from one place.
- Video transcription & captions: View auto-generated transcriptions and closed captions for videos.
- Archive to Dropbox: Archive your work to Dropbox and keep your Replay workspace clutter-free.
- Large file transfers: Increase the size limit of Dropbox Transfers to 250 GB.
- Large file previews: View and comment on large file previews up to 150 GB in Dropbox Replay without having to download or open them in the original application.
- Lossless audio: Playback and experience better quality of your audio files in Dropbox Replay.
- Video version comparison: Review and compare two versions of the same video project in a side-by-side view.
- Watermarking: Create a customized watermark onto image and video files and track the IP address, date, and time a viewer opens your file.
- Editor-only comments: Add comments that can’t be viewed by clients or external reviewers.
- Project logos and banner colors: Create a customized logo and banner color for your projects, or choose a preset option.
Note: Customized logos can be any image file that you can preview on Dropbox, and must be at least 80x80 pixels with a maximum size of 100 MB.
Dropbox Replay is turned on by default for all users, but it only offers limited access and limited file uploads to Replay. Depending on your plan, you’ll be limited to four or ten file uploads.
