The Dropbox Replay Add-On includes all the features in Dropbox Replay, plus the following: 

  • Due dates: Set due dates for each file for collaborators to give feedback in a timely manner and keep your projects on track.
  • Password-protected links: Password-protect your shared links for all your files and projects.
  • Links page: Manage all your shared links to files from one place.
  • Video transcription & captions: View auto-generated transcriptions and closed captions for videos.
  • Archive to Dropbox: Archive your work to Dropbox and keep your Replay workspace clutter-free.
  • Large file transfers: Increase the size limit of Dropbox Transfers to 250 GB.
  • Large file previews: View and comment on large file previews up to 150 GB in Dropbox Replay without having to download or open them in the original application. 
  • Lossless audio: Playback and experience better quality of your audio files in Dropbox Replay. 
  • Video version comparison: Review and compare two versions of the same video project in a side-by-side view.

Who can purchase the Dropbox Replay Add-On?

Customers on Dropbox Plus, Professional, Essentials, Standard, Business, Advanced, Business Plus, and Enterprise can purchase the Dropbox Replay Add-On. If you’re on a team or managed account you must contact your admin or account manager to purchase the Dropbox Replay Add-On for the team. 
 

Dropbox Basic users can purchase the Dropbox Replay Add-On when you upgrade your plan.

How do I cancel the Dropbox Replay Add-On?

  1. Log in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click the Plan tab.
  5. Under Available add-ons, click Remove next to Dropbox Replay Add-On.
    • Note: If you don’t see any add-ons, click View all add-ons to expand your choices.
  6. Click Confirm.

When you remove the add-on, your selection will go into effect on your next renewal.

How do I re-subscribe after cancellation?

  1. Log in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click the Plan tab.
  5. Under Available add-ons, click Add next to Dropbox Replay Add-On.
    • Note: If you don’t see any add-ons, click View all add-ons to expand your choices.
  6. Click Confirm.

When you purchase the add-on, you’ll be charged at a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period. At the start of your next billing period, you’ll be charged for the full amount of the add-on in addition to your subscription cost.

What happens to your Dropbox Replay files after you cancel the add-on?

You’ll retain access to all Replay files. All files added after April 25, 2023 will count toward the Replay file limit. You’ll be able to edit or remove any passwords you’ve set for your files, but you won’t be able to add any new password protection after cancellation.

Can I still use the features included in the Dropbox Replay Add-On after canceling?

You can use the features included in the Dropbox Replay Add-On until your subscription expires.
