To add files to Dropbox Replay:
Once the upload is complete, a thumbnail of your file will appear under Home.

After you create a new version, you can still view resolved and unresolved comments on previous versions of the file. This lets you track and review feedback over time.

Note: If you’re the file owner and you delete your Replay file or project from your Replay dashboard, then it can’t be restored. If you have the Replay Add-On, you can archive your Replay files and projects instead of deleting them.
To delete a file:
Note: This will delete all versions of the file, including the shared links and comments.
Note: Deleting versions of a file in Dropbox Replay is permanent, and you can’t recover that version or any comments in it. If you have the Replay Add-On, you can archive your Replay files and projects instead of deleting them.

To create a project:
Your new project will open once you click Create.
To add files to a project:

To send a file to Dropbox Replay without adding it to a project:
Once your content is sent to Dropbox Replay, you can move it to any project that you’re working on.
To delete a project:
Note: All editors will lose access and deleting this project will permanently remove all files and related activity, as well as project folders.
To download all files in a project:
You can download the original file, or download proxies that are lower in size and resolution.
To download the latest version or all versions of a file:
To download a file or files in lower resolutions or sizes:
Files added to Replay directly from your local drive, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, third-party editing software, or any source other than your Dropbox will count against your Dropbox Replay storage limit and your Dropbox plan storage limit. Files added to Replay from your Dropbox account don't count towards your Dropbox plan storage limit.

To see how much storage space a single file is using:
If you have a Replay Add-On, you can archive your Dropbox Replay video, image, audio, and PDF files, including their comments, to your Dropbox account. This allows you to delete archived video files from your Home page in Replay, so you only see active project files.
To archive Dropbox Replay video, image, audio, or PDF files:
Your Replay video, image, audio, or PDF file will appear in the designated folder of your Dropbox account.
Admins can use the admin console to view team activity in Replay.
