Team admin controls in Dropbox Replay

When Replay files or folders are added to a team project, everyone added to that project has access to all files in it. Users with Edit permission can view and manage project files and folders and give feedback. If users have View and comment permission, they can view project files and folders and give feedback. If a team member leaves or is removed from a project, an admin can take ownership of their files in the project and manage them.

Once an admin has taken ownership of a file or project, they can take all of the actions that an owner can take, including:

  • Edit/delete/add password
  • Toggle downloads on/off
  • Resolve comments
  • Pin/label comments
