The information in this article applies to customers on Dropbox Professional, Essentials, Standard, Business, Advanced, and Business Plus.

Depending on your location, you may need to pay value-added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST) on your monthly or yearly Dropbox Professional, Essentials, Standard, Business, Advanced, or Business Plus subscription. If your business is registered for VAT or GST, you can add your VAT or GST ID number to your Dropbox account at any time.

If you’re a VAT-exempt or GST-exempt business that mistakenly paid VAT or GST, you should be able to reclaim payments from your tax authorities.

If needed, you can download a copy of our W-9 form and use our US Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). Dropbox International Unlimited Company's VAT ID number is IE 9852817J.
