Note: VAT, GST, and tax IDs can only be added to future invoices. They can't be added to invoices that have already been issued. Learn how to add a VAT ID.
If you’re on Dropbox Plus, you cannot edit the information on your invoices. You can, however, update the name that appears on future invoices. The name on the invoice must be the same name that’s associated with your account. Learn how to change your account name.
You can also change the address that appears on future invoices by updating your payment method. Learn how to update your Dropbox billing information.
To edit the billing information on past or future invoices for your Dropbox Professional or Essentials account:
From now on, your new account details will appear on future invoices. To access an invoice, visit your billing page.
Note: This only applies to teams paying by credit card, PayPal, or direct debit. If you pay by manual invoicing, you can’t edit information on a Dropbox invoice.
