Why is my Dropbox subscription not showing in the iOS mobile app?

The information in this article applies to all customers on a paid Dropbox plan.
If you used an Apple device to purchase a Dropbox subscription or start a free trial and you still see Dropbox Basic in the account tab, your subscription hasn’t started. To activate your Dropbox subscription or free trial, follow the instructions below to force start it.
- Open the Dropbox mobile app.
- Tap Account.
- If you're a Dropbox team user and you have both a work and personal account, you’ll see either Personal or the name of your team instead of Account.
- Tap the account icon (person) in the bottom right and then the gear icon in the top left.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
Note: If you don’t see Restore Purchases, update your Dropbox app from the App Store, and follow the steps again.
