Dropbox Sign eID is available on the Dropbox Sign Premium plan (and the Premium API plan) as an add-on purchase. Contact your Account Manager to purchase the eID add-on.

Dropbox Sign supports eID (electronic identification) through the Web (hellosign.com) and Sign API. We connect with trusted Qualified Trusted Service Providers (QTSP) to provide both Advanced and Qualified Electronic Signatures, compliant with the eIDAS regulation.

eID helps identify the signer of a document sent via Dropbox Sign. Additionally, eID strengthens legal validity and compliance and helps meet or exceed regional legal and regulatory requirements for validity and enforceability.
