How to manage permissions for the Signatures page
If you’re an admin on a Dropbox team account, you can turn permissions on or off for team members to use templates or send signature requests on the Signatures page in the admin console.
To turn permissions on or off:
- Log in to dropbox.com using your admin credentials.
- Click Admin console in the left sidebar.
- Click Settings.
- Under Additional Settings, click Signatures.
- Manage your team’s settings:
- Toggle Signatures on or off to allow your team to use the Signatures page on dropbox.com or not.
- Notes:
- Turning off Signatures removes all signature features for everyone, admins included.
- If you turn this off when you have pending signature requests, they’ll be canceled.
- Toggle Templates on or off to allow your team members to create and edit templates or not.
- Note: Admins can still edit and create templates when this is turned off.
- Click Save.
If Signatures is turned off, the Signatures page on dropbox.com won’t be available for you or your team. If Templates is turned off, team members won’t be able to click Create template on the Signatures page, but admins can still create templates.
