Set permissions when inviting people to a folder
- Sign in to dropbox.com.
- Click All files in the left sidebar.
- Hover over the name of the folder you'd like to set permissions for and click the share icon (person).
- Enter the email addresses of the members you’d like to add.
- Select Can edit or Can view from the drop-down menu.
- Click Share folder.
Change permissions for existing members of a folder
- Sign in to dropbox.com.
- Click All files in the left sidebar.
- Hover over the name of the folder you'd like to set permissions for and click the share icon (person).
- Click [x] people have access.
- Locate the member you'd like to change permissions for.
- Select Can edit or Can view from the drop-down menu beside their name.
