Subscriptions for Dropbox Standard or Advanced teams automatically renew either monthly or annually. We'll start notifying you 30 days before your renewal date. Certain types of admins can view the team’s upcoming invoice and make changes to the subscription in the Admin console, including managing the team’s billing information and subscription renewal.
Note: If you're on Dropbox Enterprise, contact your account executive to discuss your subscription renewal.
To view your team’s upcoming invoice:
- Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
- Click Admin console.
- Click Billing.
- Note: Only certain types of admins can access the Billing page.
Your upcoming invoice details are listed in the upper right. You’ll see the subscription renewal date, current plan type, and the number of licenses you’ll be charged for, including tax. The upcoming invoice includes any changes you’ve made to your subscription since the last billing period, including any changes to your license count.
Note: Customers in India with recurring payment plans may see renewal failures due to a Reserve Bank of India mandate. You will have the option to use UPI as a payment method at checkout.
