You can print a Dropbox receipt or invoice if you’re the team admin for a Dropbox Business account, the manager of a Dropbox Family plan, or if you or have a Professional or Plus account.
There are two ways to print a receipt or invoice:
- Click to view your payments page.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Under Billing history, click Invoice or Receipt beside the desired document.
- Click Print invoice or Print receipt.
Or, you can:
- Sign in to dropbox.com with your Plus, Professional, Family manager, or Business admin account.
- Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Under Billing history, click Invoice or Receipt beside the desired document.
- Click Print invoice or Print receipt.
Not seeing an invoice or receipt?
If you have a Dropbox Enterprise or Education account, you won’t see a Billing page.
If you’re on a Dropbox Business team that pays by manual invoice, your team admin receives your invoices directly via email.
