How to print a Dropbox invoice or receipt

You can print a Dropbox receipt or invoice if you’re the admin for a Dropbox Business account, the manager of a Dropbox Family plan, or if you or have a Professional or Plus account. 

There are two ways to print a receipt or invoice:

  1. Click to view your payments page.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Under Billing history, click Invoice or Receipt beside the desired document. 
  4. Click Print invoice or Print receipt.

Or, you can:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com with your Plus, Professional, Family manager, or Business admin credentials.
  2. Click your avatar (profile picture or initials) in the upper right corner. 
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Select the Billing tab.
  5. Under Billing history, click Invoice or Receipt beside the desired document. 
  6. Click Print invoice or Print receipt.

Not seeing an invoice or receipt? 

Only certain types of admins can access the Billing page.

If you’re on a Dropbox Business team that pays by manual invoice, your admin receives your invoices directly via email.
