Dropbox Capture system requirements

System requirements
Dropbox Capture can run through your internet browser or be installed on your computer.
Requirements for the Dropbox Capture app on Windows
To use the Dropbox Capture app, you must be on Windows 10 64-bit or later. It isn’t supported on 32-bit systems.
If you experience issues with installation, we recommend checking for any system updates, then restarting your computer and attempting to install again. You can also install Dropbox Capture from the Microsoft Store.
Windows Arm devices can also install Dropbox Capture through the Microsoft Store.
Requirements for the Dropbox Capture app on Mac
To use the Dropbox Capture app on macOS, you must be on version 11 or later.
Requirements for capture.dropbox.com
You can use most modern browsers for capture.dropbox.com. However, it will work best on the two most recent versions of:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
- Note: Capture is not supported for versions 14.1 and earlier.
