Support hours and response times
- Email support:
- If you’re on Dropbox Plus, Family, Professional, Essentials, Standard, Advanced, Business, or Business Plus, you’ll receive an email response within one business day (Monday–Friday).
- If you’re on Dropbox Enterprise, you’ll receive an email response within one hour any day of the week.
- Live chat and phone support:
- If you’re on Dropbox Standard, Advanced, Business, or Business Plus, live chat and phone support are available during your local business hours (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday)†.
- If you’re on Dropbox Enterprise, live chat and phone support are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week†.
- If you’re on Dropbox Plus, Family*, Professional, or Essentials, live chat is available during your local business hours (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday).

Notes:
- If your team has the Dropbox Premium Support Add-On, you can access email, live chat, and phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- For Dropbox Enterprise customers who need support in Japanese, email support, live chat, and phone support are available 9:00am–5:00pm Japan Standard Time, Monday–Friday. You’ll receive an email response within one hour during those business hours.
If you need to contact support outside of these times, you can use the help center, community forums, and chatbot 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
