Support hours and response times

Email support:
- If you’re on Dropbox Plus, Family, Professional, Essentials, Standard, Advanced, Business, or Business Plus, you’ll receive an email response within one business day (Monday–Friday).
- If you’re on Dropbox Enterprise, you’ll receive an email response within one hour, any day of the week.
Live chat and phone support:
- If you’re on Dropbox Standard, Advanced, Business, or Business Plus, live chat and phone support are available during your local business hours (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday)†.
- If you’re on Dropbox Enterprise, live chat is available 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday, and phone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week†.
- If you’re on Dropbox Plus, Family*, Professional, or Essentials, live chat is available during your local business hours (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday).
Social media support:
- Support on Facebook, Instagram, and X, is available from Monday to Friday, 3:00am–7:00pm CST. You’ll receive a response within one hour during these hours. Learn more about social media support.

‡To access email and live chat support, users will first use the Dropbox AI assistant. This experience is currently available only to Dropbox Plus and Professional customers, with additional plans to follow.

Notes:

If your team has the Dropbox Premium Support Add-On, you can access email, live chat, and phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For Dropbox Enterprise customers who need support in Japanese, email support, live chat, and phone support are available 9:00am–5:00pm Japan Standard Time, Monday–Friday. You’ll receive an email response within one hour during those business hours.
Social media support is available in English only.
