Support hours and response times

  • Email support:
    • If you’re on Dropbox Plus, Family, Professional, Essentials, Standard, Advanced, Business, or Business Plus, you’ll receive an email response within one business day (Monday–Friday).
    • If you’re on Dropbox Enterprise, you’ll receive an email response within one hour any day of the week.
  • Live chat and phone support:
    • If you’re on Dropbox  Standard, Advanced, Business, or Business Plus, live chat and phone support are available during your local business hours (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday).
    • If you’re on Dropbox Enterprise, live chat and phone support are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • If you’re on Dropbox Plus, Family, Professional or Essentials, live chat is available during your local business hours (9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday).

Note: If your team has the Dropbox Premium Support Add-On, you can access email, live chat, and phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you need support outside of these times, you can use the help center, community forums, and chatbot 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
