How can I check if a shared folder is syncing for all members?
Usually, members of a shared folder will see the same files in that folder, and the same versions of those files. If this isn’t the case for your shared folder, there can be a few possible explanations.

Is a shared folder really shared?
To check that a folder is actively shared between you and the other people you’d like to have access to it:
For folders someone else owns: If you don’t see the shared folder listed, then you’re not currently a member. Check the Sharing tab to see if you can Add the folder. If you don’t see the folder there, contact the owner to share it with you.
For folders you own: If the person you want to share with doesn’t see the folder listed, then they’re not currently a member. They should check the Sharing tab to see if they can Add the folder. If they don’t see the folder there, they should contact you.
Click Share. The shared folder members will be listed here.
You can also view the members of a shared folder by opening it on dropbox.com. The profile pictures for each member will be displayed above the file names. If the shared folder has a large number of members, click "+" (plus) to display the shared folder options.
