You can choose whether your Dropbox billing cycle is annual or monthly. Any change to your billing date will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
For example, if you want to move to a yearly subscription, you'll stay on a monthly subscription until the end of the month, and then switch to yearly.
Note: If you pay by manual invoice and want to change your Dropbox billing cycle or reduce the number of licenses information, you’ll need to contact Dropbox support or your account executive at least 30 days before your renewal date.
