If you're an admin on a Dropbox Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise account, you can view the number of licenses and storage space available for your team:
- Sign in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
- Open the Admin console.
- Click Insights in the left sidebar.
At the top of this page, you can view the storage space used, and request more if needed. Further down the page, on the right side, you’ll see the number of licenses remaining.
If your team is nearing its storage limit, please contact Dropbox support—we may be able to increase your storage space limit.
To contact Dropbox Support, click Help in the left sidebar from the Admin console.
Note: Inactive licenses are not automatically removed. Certain types of admins can add or remove licenses in the admin console.
