You may be able to invite people to your Dropbox business team depending on your role and permissions. Certain types of admins can invite new people to a Dropbox business team. Team members can invite new people to a Dropbox business team if an admin allows it.
Notes:
- Each person added to your team will need a license. When you invite someone to your team, you’ll be charged for an additional license if you don’t have any available.
- If you invite someone with an email address that matches the corporate domain of one of the team’s admins, they’re automatically added to your team and take up a license.
- If the person you’d like to invite is already on another Dropbox business team, you can't invite them to your team. They can either join your team using a different email address or leave their current team.
- If an admin tries to add a team member that is already on a Dropbox team, they will receive an error saying "1 email was already invited by another team".
- If the person you’d like to invite used Sign in with Apple and chose to hide their email, they will need to update their email address before they can be added to your Dropbox business team. You can’t add someone with a @privaterelay.appleid.com email address to a Dropbox business team.
