Important: The Dropbox Sign Evernote integration is being discontinued, starting Oct 15, 2025. After this date, you can use an alternative like a custom API integration or an integration with a similar service provider. Go to our developer portal for more information.

The Dropbox Sign Evernote integration allows you to upload documents directly from your Evernote account for signing and to auto-save signed documents back to Evernote.

To activate the Sign Evernote integration:

  1. Log in to Dropbox Sign.
  2. Click Integrations in the left sidebar.
  3. Click Activate beside Evernote.

You’ll be asked to allow access to complete the integration. This gives Dropbox Sign technical access to your Evernote account so Evernote files are securely available through Dropbox Sign.

Notes:

  • We don’t currently support Evernote Business.
  • Only documents completed after activation will sync, as the integration doesn’t apply retroactively.
